1. Unopened Perfumes:
We accept returns for unopened perfumes within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.
Returns for unopened perfumes will be eligible for Exchange Only.
2. Opened Perfumes:
Due to the nature of beauty products, opened perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.
We recommend customers to thoroughly research and read product reviews before making a purchase.
3. Exchange Policy for Other Products:
We offer exchanges for products other than perfumes that be in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for exchanged items.
The original shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
